Job Description
- Serves food and beverages to the public and maintains cleanliness of food service areas and equipment. Prepares and serves meals. Cleans kitchen and dining area and washes kitchen utensils and equipment, according to sanitary methods and codes.
Works directly under the general supervision of Catering Supervisor.

Examples of Duties

- Prepare food and beverages served at the Event Center.
- Participates in cleanup activities including washing utensils and dishes in accordance with codes and procedures, wiping down tables, and periodic cleaning of vents and filters.
- Interact with the general public while serving food.
- Performs other duties of a comparable level/type as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Must be able to read, write, do basic math, and communicate orally and in writing. High School diploma or GED preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Outgoing, friendly and exceptional public relations skills.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation requirements.
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
